    This silicone mold is soft and flexible so that it conforms to whatever pan place it in

    The most important things to keep in mind while cooking with the pancake mold is
    to begin with a thicker batter- use less liquid or more dry ingredients
    and don't over-mix the batter.
    Important, remember to fill each pancake ring only half full.
    Finally, don't remove the mold from the pan until the first side of cakes are browned
    and ready to be turned over.
    If you remove it too soon the batter may run from one cake to another
    creating a new strange shaped "alien" cake - you can always play "name that shape".
    Just remember to have fun and try different batter ingredients until you find the right mix.
