    The Otto 1500°F Steak Grill is unlike any grill you’ve ever seen. Its unique and efficient rectangular, front-loading open design accommodates dual OverFire radiant burners which are housed in the top of the grill. It is these OverFire radiant burners that allow the grill to get to 1500°F, a temperature they can achieve in just three minutes. These temperatures create a wonderful crust on your steak, a crust that literally seals in the moisture and flavor, also called the Maillard Effect.

    With Otto's Pizza Stone you bring original Italian stone oven pizza quality to your home. The stone is made of food-safe Cordierite, which occurs in nature as a gemstone. Due to its high heat resistance and its ability to withstand strong temperature fluctuations, this is the optimal material to use on Otto's high-temperature grill. In addition, Cordierite guarantees a long life thanks to its robust characteristics. Due to the practical dimensions of 12.8 x 10.4 in, the pizza stone fits wonderfully in your Otto Steak Grill and is big enough for a large pizza. With the extreme heat of the grill, you get perfect results compared to a conventional oven. Of course, also tarte flambée or other baking specialties can be prepared on the pizza stone.
